ดิฉันได้อ่านบทความของคุณหมอทาง blogspot แล้วขอบคุณมากคะ จึงขอถือโอกาสรบกวนปรึกษาคะ 1. การแปลผลแมมโมแกรมนั้น มีโอกาสที่จะแปลผิดมั๊ยคะ เป็นการแปลโดยเครื่องหรือคุณหมอเองคะ 2. เพื่อนดิฉันได้ผลนมข้างหนึ่งออกมาเป็นระดับ BIRADS 4A หมอแนะนำให้ตัดชิ้นเนื้อมาตรวจ กังวลใจคะว่า กลัวเป็นแม่ไก่กระต๊าก และกลัวว่า การตัดออกมาจะมีผลข้างเคียงต่อเต้านม ผลเขียนสรุปว่า IMPRESSION: Interval increased amount of group of amorphous calcification in left UOQ as compared with previous study on 11/9/2556 and 20/9/2012 Stereotactic CNB would be helpful.
